Reservation Rules & Policy:

1. All rates are in Thai Baht and are exclusive 10% service charge and 7% taxes.

2. Payment: guaranteed by credit card.

3. All room types allow 1 extra bed.

4. We encourage using our booking facility as rooms will be confirmed instantly through the system. Reservation number will be given once the payment is made by credit card.

5. Alternatively, reservation can be made via email. E-hotel voucher will be sent after the payment has been successfully and voucher can be printed out and present it to the hotel upon check-in.

6. Transfer rate: Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport – Hotel @ THB 1,000 per car per way (Maximum 3 people) or @ THB 1,500 per van per way (Maximum 7 people).

Cancellation Rules & Policy:

The Quarter Silom By UHG is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled (refer to your booking cancellation policy) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged the full room charge including taxes.


No Show:

Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-show fee being charged to your credit card. You will be charge according to your booking policy.


Early Check-in:

In the case of Early check-in (after night audit or before 14:00) will apply an additional charge but this is subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel. Or, we recommended to pre-book the room 1 day in advance with a full 1-night charge. Should the room be not available on your required time, our hotel provides free storage for the guest luggage and wait until 14:00 for check-in time.


Early Check-out:

Guest who check-out of the hotel after 12:00 noon and prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an Early check-out fee of extra one-night penalty.


Late Check-Out:

The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12:00 noon for an additional fee, but note this will be subject to room availability.


Refunds:

Refund will be made either by Bank transfer or to the credit card which the payment was charged. There is an administration fee of 10%, which will be charged on the refunded amount.


Child Policy:

The hotel allows 1 child from 1 – 11 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs/cot are upon request & subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adult by the Hotel and will required to add an extra bed at the additional charge.


Breakfast:

Breakfast is served from 06.30 – 11.00 am at Ground floor. The breakfast is additional charge from room only at THB 300 per person.


Check-in and Check-out Time:

The Hotel check-in time is after 2 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. For early arrival before 2 p.m., In the case of early check-in (after night audit and before noon) will apply an additional charge but this is subject to availability upon arrival at the Hotel. And or we recommended to pre-book the room 1 day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12 p.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability.


Special Request:

We will make every effort to honor special request upon your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservation and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance.


Check-In:

At check-in, you must present the Booking Voucher, Credit Card used to make the booking and Valid ID's (Thai) / Passport's with the Departure Card (T.M.6). Failure to do so may result your reservation not being honored. If you have submitted additional documents for a third party booking or paid via different payment methods, please disregards the note above.


Deposit:

For all reservations, the hotel requires a deposit upon check-in; either THB 2,000 Cash or Credit Card for incidental or security purposes only. The requested cash deposit will return upon check-out.


Payments:

All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a Valid credit card. We accept Visa, Master, JCB, Union Pay. Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder. Cash THB payment is welcome. All bookings direct payment to Hotel will be collected upon check-in.


Lost and Found:

The Quarter Silom by UHG is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fifteen (15) days. Records of Lost and Found items are retained for all years. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.


Damage to Hotel Property:

The Hotel reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, stained linens, dirty walls, caused by accident, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to Hotel's property or structure.


Smoking:

The Hotel is strictly 100% Non-smoking in all rooms. There will be a THB 5,000 fine for thorough cleaning services charged to all non-smoking rooms that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.


Pets:

Pets are strictly not allowed in our hotel.
